I am a highly skilled home service professional. I completed a job for a homeowner who requested another appointment. This marked Appointment # 145618641-4 as done. The reason for the appointment was to wait for the power to be turned off to fire off the units.
Pressure looked good on arrival temp drop was only 12°. Blower speed was set for 1600 cfm. Adjusted blower for 1100 cfm and rested temp drop is now at 16°. No other issues found.
NEED CHRIS O TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE TXV AND REFRIGERANT FOR HEAT PUMP AND INDOOR COIL. PARTS AND LABOR ARE UNDER WARRANTY. REPLACE THE REFRIGERANT AND VAC UNIT DOWN FOR NEW REFRIGERANT.
